Is your CT score the best measure of arterial age?

These two gentlemen have their own channels on YouTube and post often. Here, they are at the same conference. Dr. Brewer is a recovering heart patient and.....knows stuff. He had to catch up on himself fast. The other gentleman is equally famous for metabolic disorders and health:

What is a CT score? I’ll take my question back but I wish posters would put correct headings up like CTA for Computed Tomography Angiography instead of CT Score which is meaningless!!!!
