About Nutrifol For Women 45+
I am thinking about buying Nutrifol for Women 45+, because my hair is thinning and I cannot do a classic "updo" without revealing bare spots. Has anyone tried this? Does it work? It is very expensive so I want to be sure it will work before I buy it.

@frouke I too have male pattern baldness. It started in my 40's and now at 72 is devastating. I do not use chemicals so I never tried any treatments. Yes, lucky us. Have not tried Nutrifol either.

4 ReactionsI have had hair breakage (I wear my hair long) problems for years). A few months ago I tried Nutrofol. I have only been taking half the dosage with no side effects. My hair has grown thicker and healthier and I no longer have breakage. My hair dresser first noticed the difference. Needless to say, I am a fan of these vitamins for thinning and breaking hair.

2 Reactions@fitchick Thank you!
I’ve read men’s is better since it’s stronger, but is there any downside to topical? I’m trying to envision the daily application and thinking the pill is easier. I am taking full dose 2.5 pill.
