I have had hair breakage (I wear my hair long) problems for years). A few months ago I tried Nutrofol. I have only been taking half the dosage with no side effects. My hair has grown thicker and healthier and I no longer have breakage. My hair dresser first noticed the difference. Needless to say, I am a fan of these vitamins for thinning and breaking hair.
