Non allergic rhinits, what should I do first?

Woman. 32 y.

About two months ago I have blood checkup for anemia and my cbc results indicates high Eosinophil.

A week befor or after that , I've been having rhinitis (sneezes, little watery nose, and tingly feeling in my nose).

Mostly a few minutes after waking up. Goes away after some time. And sometimes in the evenings.

It's not dependent on my location or food. I haven't had any specific allergies so far.

AI led me to NARES syndrome or vms...

I dunno if it's my SSRI or stress, I dunno what kind of doctors should I go to. It's not a bothersome syndrome for me, but I don't want it to get chronic and stay this way.

Any guidace and advices will be appreciated. Thanks y'all.

Hello @parisaaxp

I’ve have had life long asthma and rhinitis (age 64 now) and my Eosinophils have always been off the charts. My Dr’s never have seemed to be worried about high eosinophils except to explain it as a response to allergies. I’d also say that in my 50+ years of high eosinophils has a Dr prescribed medication or any treatment for my high eosinophils.

I’d suggest it is not something to worry about but you may want to see an allergist or E.N.T. if your sinuses or allergies are bothering you.

Good luck
Meg

What about a saline nasal spray neilmed sinus rinse? I use both. Plus clean environment minimal aka dust catchers? I had 5 years of treatment with immunologist- allergist along at same time 2 years with ENT. Monitor allergen loads in your area. Minimal ingredients in home cleaning products personal care products
