Warden procedure with SVC occlusion

Wondering if anyone has had a warden procedure followed by SVC occlusion in the gore-Tex graft?

hello. is there another way to treat iron deficiency besides monthly b12 injections and daily sublingual 6000 b12 tablets? i am so exhausted and mentally confused because of this. trying to find another doctor. this is going on for about 35-40 years.
