What is the connection if any between multiple health conditions?

I am a 70+ female. In the last ten years: I had kidney cancer twice eight years apart, two partial right nephrectomies and now CKD 3a. I had a complete heart block & am now pacemaker dependent. I have a multilobe brain aneurysm being monitored. I have high blood pressure, high triglycerides and Lipoprotein (A) 52. Is there a connection between these conditions?

I had recently read about CKM Cardiovascular-Kidney-Metabolic syndrome.
