What sleep meds help you stay asleep?
I’m on a combo of Ambien and Seroquill. I knock out for exactly two hours and then. I’m just awake.

I personally have had no side effects. It's considered safe according to the Beers Criteria, and non-addicting. I've heard of some doctors being concerned about it causing dizziness, which i have not experienced.
