@muppet7777 It looks like NSR to me (untrained, no medical experience, just a patient with atrial fibrillation). Your R-to-R intervals are all the same, and you have discernible P-waves. I don't see anything untoward. For a proper and formal diagnosis, you would need a 12 lead ECG performed by a technician and read by a cardiologist, and if you do have an intermittent arrhythmia, it would have to be acting up during the 10-15 second reading.
