Quitting Smoking

Posted by kaif999 @kaif999, 3 days ago

Hello everybody. Quitting Smoking is very helpful if someone having COPD. I am 3rd stage patient with large bulla. The largest on the left is in the left upper lobe measuring around 13.6 cm. The largest on the right is in the right upper lobe measuring
about 15 cm.
After Quitting Smoking I walked 1200 KM in 6 months which is higher than my 4 years of walks. Oxygen level is normally 93 to 97.

For years I tried many methods to quit smoking. The one that did it and it was actually easy to quit was Chantix the prescription. I have been quit since 2007.
