I have chronic pain and also on 2 heart medications!!!! Entresto and Jardiance!!!!!!What can I take for my pain?? I have had for years!! Any thoughts????

@hjcram Cut out any inflammatory foods. Ice and heat area. Rest.

@mysporby1940 What Is your diet like? Maybe that could help. Mediterranean is the best, but not for everyone. Eliminate sugar, carbs, highly processed foods entirely. This will rid your body of inflammation from what you consume. If your already doing that congrats. I always start with diet changes. Then I do PT, swim (excellent), and relax with heat or ice. Walking is very good as well. I have a bad spine so these are the things I do. I also have a bad heart I'm trying everything I can not to go on pharmaceuticals. Curcumin is great for heart Inflammation. There's also CoQ10 supplement. Third party tested of course for heart. There are a lot of supplements for joint health, heart, muscle and brain health.
