Fatigue is a tough one. I use melatonin for sleep. Take 3-6 mg about 30 minutes before I go to bed.

1 ReactionI’ve been taking magnesium glycinate however it hadn’t been working lately. I was sleeping about 4 hours. Now it’s only 45 minutes to an hour. So not working anymore?

1 ReactionI take a sleep gummy (I buy them online, much cheaper than locally) with 10 THC, 10 CBD, and 10 CBN. Within 30-45 minutes, I drift off. I usually awaken around 2:00 or so, and then I take a trazodone and sleep an additional four hours.
I bought a GOOD set of Silver thread sheets. AMAZING. The first night slept right through the night! and almost ever since TOO! I just drift off to a continuous night sleep. There is silver threads and carbon. I bought "Terraluxe" (maybe Terralux) brand. It grounds but does not use electricity. BUY A GOOD ONE was what I read. If you buy thru amazon you can return. Now, I can't wait to climb into bed! I think my dog likes them too! I don't have time to answer questions right now, so please research on your own. I've always used silver antibiotics, grounding and such. So I thought "why not try it." LOVE.

1 ReactionI’m 77 now and am terrible with sleep habits. I stay up reading, go to bed at 3-4 am and sleep well…but I absolutely have to get 8 hrs in or my muscles will stiffen during the day and become like cardboard. I can only shuffle my feet to get around when that happens.
Lately, I sleep 2-3 hours, then wake up, go back to sleep. Then wake up…this is not helping. I’m getting serious muscle strains - it’s taken 3 months for clenched left flank muscle to finally resolve and the past two days, I’ve had an incapacitating stiff neck/shoulder. I find my muscle relaxer makes me groggy, but I take it only as needed (generic for Parafon Forte).
I have a twin bed in my guest room with a washable merino wool mattress pad - sleeping right on the pad is very soothing/ calming of hyper nerves. A way to replicate that is just to snuggle in a faux-fleece blanket. I also have a soft, washable fleece-lined bathrobe that I’ve wrapped myself up in and found helpful when nerves are on edge.
When I was first diagnosed decades ago, I was on a low dose (25-50mg) of the generic for Elavil …for stage 4 sleep. After 5 years, I started to hallucinate, so I was taken off of it.
I have a c-pap machine, but I never wake up feeling refreshed.

1 ReactionHere's a comprehensive article on what you can do to improve sleep, especially when pain is an issue: https://www.paintreatmentdirectory.com/posts/pain-and-sleep-practices-and-products-that-help-improve-both. The newest alternative treatment, not included in that article, is noninvasive vagus nerve stimulation. You can read about it here: https://www.paintreatmentdirectory.com/posts/vagus-nerve-stimulation-for-chronic-pain-relief-and-more
