Is there any reputable research to support whatever claims they are making? If so, please post links to the research for us. Lots of companies make claims and may have a list of "customer reviews". Be a skeptic until you aren't.

I see many supplements on line purported to reverse osteoporosis, but have
found, on further investigation, nothing to back the claims.
I’ve never heard of it!
1. Dietary Supplementation With Cyplexinol for
Amelioration of Osteoporosis: A Case Study
Keith Wilkinson, ND; Paul Howard, MD, MACP, FACR
ABSTRACT
A 50-y-old male in otherwise good health was diagnosed
with severe osteoporosis with a lumbar spinal t score of -3.8.
Further testing revealed no underlying causes other than a
family history of the disease. He was placed on a trial
regimen of 450 mg Cyplexinol twice daily for 4 mo. Repeat
DEXA scans after 4 mo of this therapy showed an
improved lumbar spinal t score of -3.3, the first time that
improvement in t scores has been demonstrated in this
short amount of time. Cyplexinol, the first orally
consumable demineralized bone matrix consisting of a
naturally derived bone morphogenetic protein complex,
may be a beneficial alternative to conventional treatments
for osteoporosis with an ability to reverse bone mineral
density loss in as little as 4 mo. (Altern Ther Health Med.
2019;25(6):44-48).

2. The Osteoinductive Effects of Cyplexinol in the Effective Management of Osteoporosis: A Case Study
Tripodi, Daniel, PhD. Integrative Medicine; Mendota Heights Vol. 12, Iss. 5, (Oct/Nov 2013): 45-48. ABSTRACT: Cyplexinol was orally administered to a postmenopausal woman suffering from osteoporosis. Although
additional studies are required to evaluate the effectiveness of Cyplexinol in a
larger cohort, in this case study the author found a statistically significant increase of 51.5% in bone mineral density after 34 mo of Cyplexinol administration, as determined by dual energy x-ray absorptiometry (DXA). Taken together with the osteogenic effects of the Cyplexinol complex as documented in preclinical studies, these results suggest that Cyplexinol may have a role in managing loss of bone mineral density during osteoporosis.
Here is an FTC order from 2023 that bans bogus claims that the active ingredient in Ostinol, which is Cyplexinol, could grow bone and cartilage, and relieve joint pain.

It looks like ostinol and its active ingredient cyplexinol have not been found to be effective in clinical trials.
