Anyone have experience with treatments for urge incontinence?

Does anyone have experience using Mirabegron for urinary urge incontinence? I'm considering it for a long-term issue, but only if it doesn't cause or worsen cognitive issues.

Hello, I just went to the Mayo Clinic website about overactive bladder. Their website has a list of food which irritate the bladder. Alcohol, citrus fruits, vinegar, tomatoes and more. I even Google to find if a food is bladder friendly. It does take some research. The bladder friendly diet is strict but it is helping me with my overactive bladder.

I feel your frustrations, im on
Mirabegron for a few months finding it doesn’t give me any relief.
Hope you find something that may work.
