@diverdown1 thank you so much for posting this article. One of the most interesting things I read was this: "Recently, a study of twenty POTS patients following time-restricting eating for six months demonstrated improvements in upright heart rate, energy, and mitochondrial/metabolic function." (quote from Page 4). When I looked up that study, I learned that the participants restricted their eating to an 8-10 window each day for 12 weeks. It is worth a try I think.

How do we access the article? Appears to be excellent per feedback but I can't figure out how to download it .... any advice would be appreciated

I just tried again and was able to see it ... it helped to have had prior knowledge of some of these issues.

@quickstepper I believe at this point I am trying a lot of things that are suggested. Please let me know if you do and if you notice any difference. We must advocate for ourselves in this.

I will continue to post research articles as I receive or learn about them. I think it is extremely important to present as much information as I can to my doctors.

Scientists at their finest! This document actually nails what LC does to our immune system: "an increase in activated CD8+ T cells, a reduction in CD11b levels; decreased CD8 suppressor cell population; reduced NK cell functioning and many others." (Found on Page 2). If every member of this group takes just this document to the doctor(s) treating their multiple symptoms from dizziness, to vertigo, to brain fog, do vestibular hypofunction, to mucus drainage, to mid section pain so intense they can't move, to lost sense of smell and taste, to no energy to get out of bed; then after the doctor reads this one statement by the scientists about T-Cells request a full panel blood work up on your T-Cells, some major healing can begin. Smile everyone, this is the document that will improve your lives, use it. Thanks diverdown1.
