Hello @ann78, I don't have any experience with Prolia shots but there are quite a few different discussions on Prolia that you might find helpful. Here's a list of the different discussions and member comments along with the links to them - https://connect.mayoclinic.org/search/discussions/.

Are you looking for specific information on the Prolia shots?

I have been on Prolia for two years now. Infusions are simple and quick. I often have joint "dull" pain in my joints for about a week after but otherwise, I tolerate it well. My last doctor visit noted that I was almost back to osteopenia so I think it's worth it for me. Luckily my insurance takes care of the very expensive infusions twice a year. I hope you do well with Prolia.

Your information is helpful. I'm trying to decide whether to take injections, pills, or just changing or improving my lifstyle. My T-scores are T-3.5 & 3.9.
