@363 nothing at this point in time unfortunately
@brendap7 Thank you so much for your quick reply..hopefully your pulmonologist will have a great solution for you.
@363 Please talk to your pulmonologist. You may need nebulized medications. as inhalers are not always enough. Since I am not a doc, I cannot make specific suggestions, but this is worth pursuing.

Please ask about Xolair. It was the first biologic to help with asthma. It is still being used, but is now more recommended for allergy prevention. Eosinophils show that there are allergies present, so this may be a consideration, even though you are taking Fasenra which is made for E asthma.
You could try the pulmicort for nebulizer - twice a day - as it may cover you for a longer time frame. Steroids are not good - though I am steroid dependent for my asthma. The steroids in Advair are better than taking Prednisone (for me it was not good, but many do have success with it), as it comes in different strengths. I have heard AirSupra is supposed to be good. Flovent may also be helpful.
Good luck and feel better.

1 ReactionThank you very much for your information..It is very helpful..I will definitely ask about Xolair..I am currently using Breezhaler and Fascenra ..I was on low dose predisone for over a decade but once got on the Fascenra we weaned off it..Predisone certainly helped but so many side effects so hopefully can continue to staff off that drug.
Once again Thank you so much and thanks for your kind wishes

@cynthiaefs Thanks for advising
@363 hello I was checking in to see what you and your dr. Decided to do about your 8mm spiculated nodule you have been watching. Were you able to get any clarification on it? I know you mentioned asking about the biodesix test? Thank you for your insight. I am currently under active surveillance for five subcentimeter ground glass spread out in all my lobes… basically one nodule in each lobe. One small one is spiculated and 4.2 mm. The others are round and under 6mm but the thing that worries me is their persistence. I’ve read that persistence is a strong indicator of malignancy and I was looking for those who have had persistence ground glass nodules for many years that have not grown. Thank you, wishing you good health!
