I am sorry to read that you are dealing with two serious health issues at the same time. I am unsure what you mean by "cleared." I was "cleared" to have cataract surgery, got the OK from the cardiology office. The same for a dental cleaning after my septal myectomy. In my opinion, your doctors definitely need to discuss together - and with colleagues - how they will proceed, we cannot give medical advice here.
