Has anyone had Genicular Arterial Embolization? Did it release your knee Pain?

Ice pack if it swells.
Lidocaine patch or roll on or gel form 4%.
Diclofenac gel.
At times I wear a knee brace or compression stocking. Have your physician order knee X-ray if pain is extreme. Physician can advise treatment or orthopedic consult if need be. Best wishes.

I use Spring Valley brand supplement capsules from Walmart.
Supplies: Organic cold pressed coconut oil( solid form)
Tumeric capsules
Ginger Root capsules
Ceylon Cinnamon capsules
Whole Cloves
Black Pepper
You put a 1/2 tsp coconut oil in cup. Then open 2 of each capsules and put contents in cup. Sprinkle a couple of good shakes of black pepper. Add about 8 to 10 whole cloves. Brew your kcup(12 oz.) or pour your brewed coffee over contents. Stir well and add creamer and raw honey if you drink yours sweet. I use flavored creamer in mine but my husband like half-n-half and honey.
I also use mushroom coffee but that's for different benefits and I just started that.
Like I stated in my previous comment it's not an instant fix. But, if you are consistent and do it every day you will have less swelling and a great reduction in pain!!
I noticed a reduction gradually but started noticing a difference in only a few weeks. But complete pain relief in about 8 to 10 weeks. So much so that I was able to go on a much lower dose of pain meds that I have plan on coming off of completely very soon.
One other thing that makes this work faster and better is a big dose of vitamin "G" every morning with your coffee!!
In case you've never heard of vitamin "G" It's gratitude. It's back by science that being grateful even for just one thing a day boosts your immune system, lifts depression, and lowers pain!!
Be Blessed and enjoy your liquid gold cup of coffee.
Feel free to message me if you have any questions.

@wendysueklein Spring Valley, Walmart's private-label vitamin brand, is an affordable and popular option, but it lacks the rigorous independent quality verification of premium brands. While they adhere to baseline FDA manufacturing standards, the brand has historically faced labeling controversies and does not routinely undergo independent third-party testing country of origin must be shown on the bottle. @charlotte30
Sure thing!!
Spring Valley
Tumeric capsules
Ceylon Cinnamon capsules
Ginger Root capsules
1/2 tsp organic coconut oil
8 whole cloves
2 dashes of black pepper
Then I brew a 12oz kcup of coffee in the same cup, add creamer and enjoy!!
Like I stated before it's not an instant fix. You have to do it every day in the morning.
I felt a difference in a few weeks but by a month all of my pain was gone and my swelling was minimal compared to before.
Like I always say you have to take a big dose of vitamin "G" every morning!! Gratitude...science has proven that people who start their day with gratitude have stronger immune systems, less anxiety and depression, and get healthier quicker than those who don't!!
Let me know if you have any questions.
P.S. You can use tea, matcha, or hot chocolate instead of coffee if you prefer. But, coffee has polyphenals that boost the ingredients. Green tea would be the next best choice.
🙌 🙏♥️

@vickies since the prior posts are from 2018 can you tell me what you use specifically instead of Volteran Gel?

Jump to this post

@jenatsky I use Volatran only on hands and maybe top of feet. I don’t think you’re supposed to use V on shoulders. I can’t remember why. I use Lidocaine patches 5% prescription and cream on my knees, shoulders and hips. 8-12 hours of pain relief. These are better than Icy Heat patches. Good luck.

Voltaren, Very good physical therapy. Important to build support muscles up and down the anatomic chain, including the core,

@bonnieh218 Hi, is Voltaren Gel pain killer?

Jump to this post

@dementmt you can buy it off the counter. It helps my hands flareups. It’s the only place I put it. I use Lifocaine 5 % patches and Walgreen’s Pain Relieving Cream + Lidocaine for knees and shoulders and hips. It helps a lot . The patches are prescription only. I’ve tried the Ice/Heat patches and they don’t work as well. The creams are on the shelf. Good luck!🥰
