I used to suffer horribly every year from pine tree and grass pollen. I now take 200 mg of CoQ10 every other day starting BEFORE allergy season. It takes a few days to kick in. For the last few years, I have had almost NO allergy symptoms - what a relief! I polish off the CoQ10 with my regular antihistamine when I think I might need an extra boost. Find the CoQ10 dose that works best for you.... Good luck!

@covidstinks2023 hey and thank you for the prayers 😠I don’t use nasal sprays. Allergies kind of hit all of the sudden. I’ll try your tips ! But the ER didn’t want to cauterize my nosebleeds and they told me I don’t have a sinus infection but who knows ðŸ˜
