Boring is fine. I find that I sometimes need a few hours where nobody is asking anything of me to recharge. Sometimes I find this early in the morning. There was one time I was in the hospital over night for what turned out to a non-serious issue. But that definitely rested my mind - there's nothing to do in the hospital - and ironically, I felt great afterwards.

I allow myself LOTS of alone time & after participating in a social activity I make sure to schedule in some "down time". I am also careful not to schedule more than (2) activities on any day. What a BORE, but it works for me in controlling the anxiety attacks. I HATE PARKINSONS - it has taken so much of the joy out of my life!
