Hi there...I started Camzyos in Oct 2025 and had an upset stomach after breakfast (somewhat nauseous but mostly indigestion followed by bouts of diarrhea through out the day). Tried to eat a bit of lunch and mostly skipped dinner...I just wanted to try to settle my stomach. This continued for four months then started to taper off in February. It became my "new normal"...I lost ten pounds and didn't have much energy especially from around 2 pm until bedtime. The indigestion has all but disappeared. I eat three small meals a day, a snack if I feel hungry in between meals and a bedtime tea & toast. I don't know if time and adjustment to the med was the answer for me... Still careful not to over eat and also mindful of foods that trigger an upset. Citrus fruit especially oranges seemed to create upset...Looking back I probably should have called my doc but I just hoped that each day would get better.
