I was dx with Fibromyalgia 35 yrs ago. Had both knees done within the past three years. I have tightness and some pain in my knees every day until I get things warmed up. But then, it’s okay. But if I sit for any length of time it is tight all over again. Nights are rough with aching. I feel like I need more time to recover but that is my situation as of now.
