@fmcfs Not sure - the pharmacy gave me a “bridge fill” at no cost while my preauthorization is in progress. But also - Tonmya is just rebranded cyclobenzaprine, so maybe you can ask your doctor for that? It’s been around for a long time as a muscle relaxer.

I am paying $900. Because I’m on Medicare I can’t use the Tonmya website manufacture website coupons. My pharmacy used other sites to reduce. I am at my wits end at the pain which keeps me home. Desperation is making me try it. We just got an annuity last month that is all going to this. I’m three weeks in and I don’t see much of a change. It really isn’t sustainable, but I was feeling very depressed and didn’t want to add a new opiate type drug. It’s really not worth it so far.
