@jeannesf1 if you’re not on an antidepressant, I would seriously consider it. Even with 10 years of strong Biblical counseling, them chemistry in my brain immediately defaults to depression. I inherited MDD and probably FM from my Mom. Prozac is a very well known, studied antidepressant with little side effects for most. I’m on a low dose but it helps a lot.
