Am I the only 78 yr. old living with hydrophrenosis since birth?

I was born in 1948. At the age of 53 , by accident, it was discovered that I had been living with hydrophrenosis since before birth. (Ultrasounds didn’t exist when I was born.😂) Now at the age of 78 it appears to be causing me all kinds of BLOOD problems. I’m listed as stage 3 CKD .Just wondering if anyone else out there has my problem.
