How do I send my May 4, 2026 VA BLOOD TEST RESULTS to Dr Mehta MD?

A few suggestions; they may vary depending on whether it's a first or a follow-up appointment.

1. If first appointment, you may want to contact the dept and ask for instructions.
2. If you have seen Dr Mehta before, you may be able to attach the document to a message. You can only send messages to providers you have seen before. Take the " Message" option in Portal, "Send a Message", and it will walk you through options. You are able to attach files.

If your VA is using EPIC platform EHR then Mayo can access readily with your consent if you authorize it.
