Has anyone had experience with duloxetine and gabapentin? Duloxetine and Tramadol?

I take both everyday for the last 3 years. I have CIPN.
If I miss a dose I NOTICE it. Especially at night, I will not be able to sleep without the mess. I do have the sharp needle pains at times however the total numbness is worst. People think being numb you feel nothing. Not exactly. Being numb, its a different not pleasant feeling...
I take it 600mg 2x day. Sometimes 3x day. The morning time I used to take 60mg Duloxetine, now its 90mg day

These work for me

@gnocchi

I continue to feel burning. At first I thought the medication didn’t work because I still felt burning and stabbing pains.

When I ran out of Gabapentin once or twice, the pain increased to much worse intensities.

@rbumala It's not a cure, this is something my doctor emphasized when he first prescribed it for me. I'm taking a massive amount of it on a daily basis, and the numbness and burning is always there, it's just been "dulled", which is exactly what he said it would do. After more than 10 years I've accepted my fate and learned to just deal with it.

The scams online are awful & tough to get your $$ back!
I very recently started Peptide injections & am hopeful! Not diabetic, have had IPN for many years & progressing more rapidly now. I know there is conflicting opinions re: peptides, but it’s supposed to help your body in many ways. I can only hope, and will update.
Have Any others tried this?!

@doblack50
I just started the treatment myself last week and also am hopeful!
Just believe you need to get meds from compounding pharmacy for sure.
I will say, I fractured my humerus about the same time I started injections, and first time for that, so not sure, but seems like making good progress with healing. The most painful thing I’ve ever had happen! Still very sore & Start PT next week.
Hopefully will help with feet, toes, and ankles!! It’s creeping up! ( non diabetic)

@doblack50 Now that I think about it the BCP-157 was subcutaneous and I tried NAD+ IM. NAD+ is like $350 and has a shelf life of 2 weeks. Most of the people selling peptides will include a lab analysis with the batch. I am pretty desperate to try anything to make the ringing in my head go away. It is a good idea to keep a log book of what you take date, time and dosage.
I hope it helps and would be interested in hearing about it if successful.

@johnbishop Thanks, it will be interesting to follow since more & more are finding out about it. I believe the only real caution is to not buy on a website. My chiropractor hooked me up with compounding pharmacy.

@narus Definitely-glad I found this! What is NAD? I’ll read up on it-seems like I’ve heard of it. I’m on 2 peptides mixed together & looks like next month, it’s something different or added. I’m hoping it may improve several things, actually-just basic feeling better & less aches & pains would be nice!

Nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide while not a peptide is popular and is said to be helpful for muscular wasting and cognitive decline. There are clinics where you can go for an IV infusion once a month. The only Peptide I am taking now is Semax Nasal spray. Not sure if it helps but at least it is cheap. It surprises me Amazon is dipping it's toe into the injectable peptide market. They are selling Semax as a research chemical.
