1 ReactionI take 175 mg. of Pregabalin per daywhich helps. I have severe neuropathy in my right leg and foot. Less in my left leg and foot. I have cancer and severe lumbar stenosis. I also live in a state where THC gummies are legal. I take them on really tough days. But, I never drive after taking them.

3 ReactionsI tried Cymbalta (duloxetine), and had a bad reaction with my breathing. Now trying Lyrica (pregabalen), increasing dosage weekly, but so far no help with the pain in my feet. Have not tried Gabapentin.
@lynnebeth Thanks. I'm on duloxetine, and had no breathing problems until I tried Gabapentin with it.
The scams online are awful & tough to get your $$ back!
I very recently started Peptide injections & am hopeful! Not diabetic, have had IPN for many years & progressing more rapidly now. I know there is conflicting opinions re: peptides, but it’s supposed to help your body in many ways. I can only hope, and will update.
Have Any others tried this?!

2 ReactionsWelcome @doblack50, Another member @bobm47 started the following discussion that you may find helpful:
-- Anyone tried BPC157: https://connect.mayoclinic.org/discussion/anyone-tried-bpc157/
My doctor prescribed Gabapentin (300mg 3x a day) for my IPN approx. 5 years ago. The burning and stabbing pain lessened somewhat, and I learned to live with the round the clock pain. Two years ago my doctor added Duloxetine (30 mg. 2x a day) as well.
During the day, and into the evening I manage. Does the combination work? I’d have to say yes from my experience. Anytime I run low on one of the medications, and have to skip doses or ration what I have left, I notice an immediate increase in severity of pain.
Let’s all promote an awareness of peripheral neuropathy, hope for a cure, and an increase in proven treatments.

2 ReactionsNeither drug has provided any relief. I'm trying Botox April 28th.
I have Sjogren's Nueropathy but little pain. I do take LDN. My husband has it also and swears by Methidone.
@mbseiger Did the Botox provide any relief for you? Where is it injected. Best wishes!
