blood pressure variability

Does anyone experience blood pressure variability or labile blood pressures since Post-COVID? I'll have readings that range as high as 168/117 and as low as 101/71 not long after.

yes, though my B/P can get so low during an episode (severe breathlessness and tachycardia) that the B/P monitor cannot read any pressure. When it does read it, 90/60 Usually it reads at 120/75

Yes
bigger fluctuations in this body.
i’m 73 so maybe part of reason?? The lower bps will sometimes trigger extra heart beats that the doctors say is not Afib just harmless extra thumping and bumping. Even racing for no obvious reason.

Yes, I have high blood pressure.

My BP fluctuations have settled down after one year on low dose naltrexone. It will still occur if I do not pace myself but that does not happen very often.

My BP has been high since COVID so I am on BP meds. Hoping Naltrexone will help lower BP/

Hi,
I'm sorry about your fluctuating blood pressures. That must be awful. I didn't have Covid but I did have high blood pressure for several years while the doctor tried many medications to get it down to normal without much luck. However, the one medication that really worked the best was Amlodipine. That was the one that got my blood pressure back to normal. I'm 79 and my blood pressure is always in the 120 region. After I first took Amlodipine I could feel the calmness coming back into my body. Everyone's different so it may not work for you. But it might be a good idea to talk to your doctor about it.
