I know it too well. had chronic headaches and migraines too many years ago. They were debilitating. I was under the care of a wonderful neurologist for over a year. He did the migraine diaries, scans, MRI, etc. Eventually he prescribed migraine medication and it worked for me (Maxalt) As needed. He emphasized only to take if necessary. Do you work in an office with fluorescent lights? Have you had an MRI of your head/brain? Botox for migraines? There’s new medication for prevention of migraines I was offered if the migraine medication didn’t work, however I don’t remember the name. Your doctor may be able to give more information on these preventative medications for migraines. Like so many other fibromyalgia symptoms these migraines were chronic and relentless and eventually mysteriously disappeared, almost completely. Pain did move on to other parts of the body. Oddly enough the fibromyalgia hits 1 or 2 body parts at a time instead of chronic overall body pain like at the beginning, and not as often (taking LDN, 6 mg). I only get migraines a couple of times a year now, if that and the Maxalt works. There’s hope.

I thought i was having headaches but it was whip lash from a fall.
But there were other times of true migraine.

I have had 2 migraines. In the doctor's office the nurse took me seriously and got the waste basket to my mouth just in time.
Aleve helps me. Being retired helps too.
