@tropauer I order it from iHerb.com. They have mullein tea in both tea bags and loose leaf tea. If you go with loose leaf make sure you look up how to make it .

1 Reaction@tropauer Here is a link on how to make loose leaf mullein tea. You can not use a typical tea infuser because of the tiny hairs that will irritate your throat if not filtered out.

1 Reaction@ckscoville Being rather new to asthma and upper respiratory problems, I'm always looking for non-medical ways to treat symptoms. I'm wondering about this tea. What effect does it actually have on symptoms?

2 Reactions@hopeful33250 Many people use this tea because it often helps them breathe more effectively. It can help clear mucus, reduce coughing, and soothe the respiratory system. That being said, it likely varies in effectiveness with each individual. Some people love it. It's certainly a relatively inexpensive remedy worth trying.

1 ReactionI use the drops.
I had a problem counting out drops in a glass of water. My hands shake.
Now I just put one dropper full.
Maybe that's not enough.

1 Reaction@hopeful33250 I do find that it helps thin out the mucus but should really be used on a regular basis for additional benefits. I have not been very consistent but have gone back to 2 cups a day and will do my best to keep it up long term this time. It will be easier now since I have retired. While working full time it was awfully tough to keep up with everything.
