I have been diagnosed with Morton's Neuroma in each foot between my 3rd and 4th metatarsal. How do I get rid of these?

@joei777 Yikes, that's not normal. I would call the doc/clinic and see if it's okay to take ibuprofen or something else instead

I HAD A MORTONS NEUROMA YEARS AGO, SUCH PAIN, WAS UNBEARABLE, ORTHOPEADIC PHYSICIAN REMOVED THAT, NEVER ANOTHER PANG OF PAIN, NOT LONG RECOVERY, i THINK PODIATRIST IS NOT THE ONE TO TAKE THAT OUT, BUT i AM NO EXPERT

@marthaellen
At first, I was told and showed how to use metarsal pads in my shoes to relieve some of the pain. I wore them for some time after seeing my othopedist (great conservative beginning). Then I went to a podiatrist and ended up with surgery to remove the cause of the neuroma. Took some time to fully recover and walk without pain in shoes. Ended up walking in crocs for a while, and that helped. You have to be patient with recovery after the neuroma removal.
Hope you find something that gives you relief.
