DARE response for anxiety

I am interested to know who has used the DARE response by Barry McDonagh for their anxiety, and if they've found it helpful? Was it quite a long time before you found benefit - days, weeks or months?

@lma84 I just looked this up and here is the link I found most helpful: https://www.dareresponse.com/

Yes, it is a commercial site, and does offer resources for a YouTube channel, app, and book. It seems to offer a "take charge" approach to dealing with anxiety. I will be interested to see when our fellow members respond, and what they might have to say. Is this something you will give a chance to?

I just ordered the book myself. Will arrive in a few days. I get anxiety, but I can usually work through it and manage it, and then it goes away. But this year it has been getting worse(and I really don't know why), and much harder to work through, disrupting my sleep and my appetite. Giving me that tightness in my chest and a 'hopeless' feeling. So I decided to order the DARE book because I read so many reviews that said it really helped. I will let you know!

@happybee I'm interested to know how you are going with it? I have found it very helpful, but I have to keep working at it. Certainly not a quick fix.
