My husband has CLL, started Brukinsa 2 month ago.
His WBC was 201 before Brukinsa and is 62 now but his HGB was 13 before and now is 7. He is having blood transfusion tomorrow. Anybody has the same problem with HGB?
@newwaldenguy Are you taking Brukinsa for CLL?
When did your hemoglobin and RBC started improving?
My husband is on it for CLL, his hemoglobin is 7.7 ? He started taking it end of this past January.

According to my notes, My Hgb increased from 7.6 to 9.8, 20 days after treatment started. This will be different for everyone based on age, health. Also I have WM and I do not know much about CLL treatment. Don't only stare at the numbers, consider symptom improvement as well. Good luck and I wish the best for your hubby.

Newcomers here. Husband started Brukinsa one week ago. Nothing to report yet.
