Today I'm grateful for... (add yours below)
1. This wisdom of this community (and the encouragement and shared experience). 2. Seeing the stars when I go to radiation at 7am, then the sunrise on my way home. 3. Homemade biscuits with tons of sausage gravy (because calories, and I'm still early in treatment) 4. Excellent medical care and a community of faith that prays with me and for me every day.

Down 3 yrs NED .... Thrivor N Survivor SCC Tongue & Left Neck Side Lymph Node...With much gratitude of positive attitude
Thrilled that my husband’s small palate surgery went well, with so far no radiation/chemo needed. Will be going today for swallow and speech test and hoping that goes well as he is having a hard time drinking liquids without aspiration. Seems to be getting better very slowly. This site has been very helpful.
