@blowerk1216 thank you. I am going to experiment earlier in the day first. I have a touchy digestive/bowel system and I understand magnesium might present some undesirable problem, if you know what I mean. I never realized that it was not included in my daily one a day vitamin. So I could really be low on it and I am really hopeful that it really will help along with the Methylated B12 vitamin. I hope I can take it before bedtime since it will help with sleep. Thank you again.

…very grounded advice offered for both the Magnesium Glycinate and Methylated B12 especially the magnesium. I have been helped by both. Neuropathy and aging work their “con” so stay committed to your objective of feeling better and keep both your mind and body engaged. You will feel better in time. I believe in you.
