Just wondering how you are doing.
Do you have your symptoms of HCM under better control? Have the medications you take been helpful?

Dear ,

Thank you for taking care of me.

I am doing well and do not have any major issues. Everything is good overall. However, I have some swelling in my legs. I am taking Dytor Plus 5 mg tablet daily (half tablet), and I am also managing my fluid intake as advised by my doctor.

Apart from that, everything is fine.
All is well
