Anyone have do and don't list of food?
I'm hoping to find a list of foods that doesn't aggravate this pancreatitis

We all have different food "dos and don'ts" as you'll see when more responses come in. My own "don'ts" are: no raw veggies,; no/minimal tomato and especially tomato sauce; no beans like kidney, chickpeas, etc.; and I minimize alcohol (1 glass of wine with dinner only on weekends), caffeine, wheat, and raw fruits - I peel apples when I eat them, for example; and cruciferous vegetables unless they are well-cooked. My "do's" are: green beans, carrots, potatoes, rice and rice-based pastas (you'd be surprised how good these are - hard to tell from the wheat-based versions), oatmeal, fish, chicken, eggs - essentially all animal proteins, some dairy although I use FODZYME to assist with lactose digestion as well as with fructans in wheat and some veggies/fruit. All in all, it's complicated and a trial-and-error process for us. Keep a food log so you can easily see what triggers your digestive issues and can then avoid those foods.
