Dry skin on tip of foreskin that won’t go away

Posted by jjrey76 @jjrey76, Feb 18 11:48am

I have a localized U-shaped area at the tip of my foreskin that becomes dry and peels intermittently. It has been cycling for a while but has not worsened. It sometimes becomes red and mildly irritated, especially after friction. There is no discharge, swelling, or significant pain. Aquaphor reduces dryness but redness can persist. I’m wondering if this is irritant dermatitis, or something else, and whether treatment is recommended.
