Hi @irenekw. It looks like there’s been a little activity change in your follicular lymphoma (FL) moving from watch and wait to a treatment plan, which includes a potential clinical trial.
From my understanding mosunetuzumab (Lunsumio) has been approved previously (in 2022) for patients with refractory (relapsing) Follicular lymphoma. But the drug is now in a clinical trial as a first line treatment. Rituximab, alone or in combination with other meds, has been the gold standard for many years.
We have several members who have shared their FL stories. Looking through the discussions I haven’t run across the name Lunsumio (mosunetuzumab). But that doesn’t mean there aren’t members who have taken that medication. It can take time for replies to trickle in.
In the meantime here are a couple links for conversations with FL members. Please feel free to tag a member by clicking the blue reply button in the conversation box. That way they’ll be sure to see your quesiton.

Irene, how are you feeling about the clinical trial? When do you have to begin treatment?
@loribmt I feel confident with either treatment.
