Heart rate low, high

During sleep my heart rate is in the 42-49 range, but I will wake up all of the sudden and my heart rate will be 110-130 then quickly drop back down to the low 50s. Has anyone else experienced this and what was your outcome?

I know my heart is only going 48 to 58 ! I'm not sure when im sleeping The doctor was thinking maybe a pacemaker i dont know ? and im 70 i know a women just got one and died about a year later so like i say i dont know ?

I’m 64. This is just one of many heart problems that I am have however the cardiologist just keeps saying everything is mild and wants to just watch. I have actually had an episode of syncope while walking and feel like I’m being dismissed because of the mild test results.
