@jwmusic65 I found two supplements on Amazon and ordered both. Not sure which one I'll stick with, I'm alternating them now. One is Sports Research Vitamin K2 MK7, 180mcg with Coconut Oil. It sources its K2 as Menaquinone-7 (MK7) from fermented chickpeas rather than from MenaQ7, which is a specific branded form. While both provide MK7, this product uses a plant-based chickpea source and adds coconut MCT oil for enhanced absorption. This is a gel capsule with liquid contents.
The other supplement is from True Vantage and contains 180mcg of that vitamin as "MenaQ7". I read that "MenaQ7" supplements "are considered superior because they contain a highly purified form of vitamin K2 as MK-7, which has been clinically validated for its benefits in supporting bone and cardiovascular health. Their production process ensures a high concentration of the bioactive all-trans form, making them more effective than other vitamin K2 supplements."] This is in a capsule form with powdered contents. The TrueVantage brand that I ordered with MenaQ7 is made in the U.S. and 3rd party tested

@jwmusic65 That's an interesting question. Just curious, what is the name of the product you are taking that includes those two vitamins together? Thanks.

I have a d3 and k2 drop product which I use. I did not think that it would give the higher amounts needed for k2 and calcium control. I use it as an add on to my other d3 drops, as per my doctor's suggestion.
BUT...
It seems that even smaller amounts of k2 , as are in this product, may act as a "switch" to activate proteins so they can move calcium into bones instead of letting it settle in the cardio system.
By keeping the vitamin K levels moderate, the product remains safer for a wider range of people, including those who may be consuming vitamin K through their diet (like leafy greens) or those who need to be cautious about their intake due to certain health conditions. I had a reaction to higher levels of Vit k in the past, and I consume lots of leafy greens.
Designs for Health Emulsi-D3 Synergy 2000 IU Vitamin D Liquid with Vitamin K - Emulsified Liquid D3 K2 Drops for Immune System Support & Bone Health, 240mkg vit k
Again, always check with your doctor first; they know your medical record. Especially people who are on blood thinners should be wary of vit k.

I take New Chapter Bone Strength calcium pills, which contain vitamin K because it helps direct calcium to the bones. That calcium is sourced from algae vs limestone which some calcium carbonate supplements come from. I alternate those calcium pills with Citrical Petites, which are calcium citrate, along with a vitamin K pill. I also take AlgaeCal collagen powder, which I mix in a fruit smoothie. It contains Fortibone, which is supposed to help bones. I also take extra Vitamin D as my blood levels are low, and I take Magnesium Glycinate, 240-300 mg a day. I have decided to avoid osteoporosis medications.
@daisy17
I take some of the vitamins you mentioned. I also take Klor-Con 20 meq (Potassium ). I want to start my Magnesium Glycinate, but am getting conflicting information from pharmacists and internet on spacing of supplements with dystonia medications and possible interactions. I find it ironic that doctors don’t seem to be concerned with supplements even though some can inhibit the absorption of others and of the meds, themselves. One pharmacist confused potassium with K2 (M7).
