What can I do when my vitamin 12 and Ferritin are high?
My recent lab indicated that my vitamin 12 and Ferritin are high. I wonder what further test I can do.

You mean vitamin B2 ??
How high is your ferritin?
Yes you can but I would check with your doctor or pharmacist
@minnesota10,
If you are taking supplements of any kind (protein powders, drinks, vitamin and mineral supplements, etc) look at the %DV for iron and B12 or B2?). You may be taking too much. Many supplements have excessive amounts of vitamins and minerals. I look for a multivitamin and mineral supplement which contains about 100% of the DV and then add in additional individual supplements I need more of. I need more Vitamin D, Calcium, and Magnesium than my multivitamin provides, so I supplement these daily.
Discuss with your doctor your abnormal values and get his feedback after knowing what your intake is at home.
I have attached a sample label showing some vitamins and minerals with excessive or low amount's, ie Vitamin B12 - 2083% of the %DV high, or Iron 15% %DV low.
A balanced diet is the best way to get your nutrients, but this is not always possible.
I know and that is what I thinking.
You can take supplements but talk with your doctor first.
There is a lot of things in supplements.
When had my heart attack the doctor took me off a few and then added different vitamins.

I take Costco Kirkland DAILY MULTI (label is attached) because it is USP certified and it has a nice balance of all essential vitamins and minerals at reasonable levels. Then, I supplement as recommended by my doctors for my health conditions ( extra magnesium for AFib and osteopenia, and extra Vitamin D, calcium, K2, calcium for osteopenia). I also follow a vegetarian, keto diet which is deficient in many vitamins and minerals.
I was told to take Preser Vision. That is what the clinic told me to take.
