Hello. I’m new to this forum. I suffer from MSrelated TN for more than 10 years. I have used oxcarbazepin successfully for around 9 years. I had to increase the dose at times mostly over the accepted level. I made a mistake not having a backup plan with a different medication as the oxcarbazepin, like any other medication I guess, loosens the effectiveness in time.
I am at the point where I need to do a PSR. Does anybody have experience with this operation ? Thank you for sharing.
