I find it easy to perform valsalva while driving or out in public. Don’t panic. I am able to stop an SVT episode with one valsalva maneuver.

Can I ask how you do it driving?
When I do it I have to lie down after I have blown in the syringe and then lift my legs in the air.. this manoeuvre works so well for me.. x
