Recommended Hospital for Ascending Aortic Aneurysm

I live just south of Raleigh, NC. I'm trying to find a recommended hospital to have surgery for Ascending Aortic Aneurysm. I see in the comments hospitals recommended are never in my area, so will I need to travel out of state?.

I live west of Raleigh and I have the same question. I hear Mayo, Cleveland, Johns Hopkins. Anyone with experience at any of those places--or others?

Within NC, I would look into Duke. The surgeon that worked on me at Mayo Clinic Jacsonville actually came from there.

In Raleigh, UNC/Rex just built a new Heart and Vascular and my Dad had a great heart work there off Blue Ridge road. Can recommend their work
