@linda86 I have a basket on mine my son put on and oh how awesome when walking around. In house different things I have to put away can all go in. Laundry basket can go on top, Cell phone which I am never ever without incase something could go wrong. Rescue Inhaler. Have one by the bed, one walker, one office. When one gets low then it replaces a lower one for example. I have vertigo and can tell when it will start so quickly take a Benedryl and all gone so Water bottle in basket. Joe put a piece on one side which swivels and my water bottle can go in there will fold so out of the way of doorways. I am blessed with him as he is so clever. Has done a few things to make my wandering around easier. If I am going out my purse and Port 02 go in the basket. When I get to a store the water bottle purse and Port 02 in basket. I always have the vertigo pill in 2 little screw cap canisters that hang on the 2 zipper pulls. I am armed and dangerous LOL He drops me off at the door after getting me a cart and transfering the items to its basket. Wind the purse strap handle which comes apart around the carts basket so it can not be lifted when my back is turned. Yes incredibly spoiled He lives 7 minutes from me.

Sounds like like most of the people on here have the same problems I have it is easier to walk with a grocery cart and when I turn my personal oxygen up, it doesn’t keep enough oxygen in my lungs is better off to carry the oxygen bottle D size they’re not real heavy, but it keeps oxygen lungs plus they’re good for about three or four hours

@romoney1 I got about a say 2' or so tank when I first got 02 but at the same time I got and elec concentrator and then the portable 02. I have never used the tank. I am only at level 2 so not a major major issue. I find my biggest problem is when I am busy doing something I tend to breath through my mouth continuously. Well DUH wonder why it gets harder to breath. Never did say I was the brightest bulb in the chandlier LOL When I pay attention I am so much better. All the best to you in your journey and A very very Merry Christmas/Happy Holiday from Saskatchewan

@caseymydog1226 yes you sound spoiled and good for you. You must have done something right to have that kind of care. I have been a widow for years and as this disease progresses I worry how long I can manage. Your ideas sound tailor made for you. We all have to adapt don’t we. I wish you nothing but continued spoiling in 2026. Breath easy👌🏼👌🏼

Yes! My Dr. tells me to walk but it's not doable because I can't breath. Frustrating! I'm ok in stores as long as I have a cart but even that is getting more difficult.

Hi,I can't breath after taking long walks. I use the pursed lip breathing technique when walking and this helps me some. I just cant believe something like walking has been a troublesome activity for me and others. I hope breathing for you gets better
