Try the Nicotine Patch, 7 mg daily. It has helped me with energy throughout the day and I don’t seem to be as jittery. It may also be helping with brain inflammation as I don’t seem to be having the headaches I was having. All the best!

@lkirnbauer Nicotine gum works, too. I couldn't tolerate adhesive from patch.

I have been, for me it helped slightly with the all over body inflammation. However at the same time I started NAD shots 1 time per week and eating fresh Haddock and Specific 90% beef /beef liver and No GMO and All my natural veggies come from a no GMO fresh farm . I spend 6 times the money I would if I got them from local grocery store but it's part of what makes us all sick getting man made bioengineered and man made GMO etc throw in a sickness that his itself and the forced your immune system to over react and here we are

@bgpage I can agree that food and food choices make a difference in the how I feel in the mornings. Salt is BAD now that I have Long COVID, as well as enriched white flour. I have found that cauliflower pasta and spelt pasta seem to help my cravings for carbs. I know that when I eat something salty, I feel like *expletive* the next morning. Part of my issue as well is that I usually do not feel like cooking. In the evenings, after I do my day, I am fatigued and cooking is not in the cards usually. I have started boiling eggs and making salads with greens. It helps my digestion. I am so tired of this, but I am grateful I woke up this morning and know that things can always be worse. Grateful for all of you who post here.
