Has anyone reduced an ascending aneurysm? How if so ?

Has anyone actually seen an ascending aortic aneurysm shrink? If so, how? I’m curious because there isn’t much reliable information online, though I did come across a few articles mentioning that fasting showed some reduction in clinical trials.

To be candid, there aren't any ways to shrink an aneurysm. There is/are weak spot(s) in the ascending aorta that allows the artery to bulge. If it gets to a certain point, it has to be repaired or it fails. Been there done that. I am also dealing with an aortic aneurysm in the remaining ascending aorta between the dacron graft and aortic arch. The native part is around 4.6cm as off 28Aug2025.
