Nicotine patches to treat long-COVID?

I recently learned that nicotine patches alleviate long-COVID symptoms such as brain fog and cognitive function. Anyone try that yet?

@jostrowski74 I also have major ear pressure most of the day. At times I feel like I have a stick in my ear. It’s very uncomfortable and I’m very sensitive to sounds. My daughter just moved to New York two weeks ago and I can barely talk to her because my ears hurt so bad. Any suggestions anyone? I’ve been putting heat on my neck and it helps a little bit.

@robinrm A visit to an ENT seems appropriate. My drainage did not impact my ears. Inflammation in the sinus (especially the sphenoid) may but pressure on your ears. My pressure/pain symptom was migraine on the right side of my temple, a sense of drowning when my head was lower than my waist, followed by explosive releases of long strings of yellow puss looking stands. CT scans confirmed the swelling in the sinuses. Hope this gives some assistance.

@bgpage Super frustrating when medical professionals deny long-COVID's existence. They need to research Mayo Clinic's findings and many other respected institutions.
